Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL!

However, if you receive wrong or damaged items, you have up to 7 days after delivery to notify us by email to [email protected] for an accomodation. Please DO NOT DM us on Instagram regarding orders. 

Once the situation has been resolved, you will have to ship back the hair to us (at your own fees). 

When communicating with us regarding an order, please always make sure to specify your name and order number in the email subject.
