All orders require 1 to 3 days processing time before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Our main and only carrier is Canada Post.
After the order has been shipped, we are not responsible anymore. Make sure to communicate directly with the carrier if you encounter any issue with the shipping process.
For now, we only ship to Canada. Estimated shippping times and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. However, note that shipping times may be longer than expected; once again you will need to contact the carrier if you got questions regarding that.
